Kids and Pumpkins

Spooky Pumpkins

The "master" hard at work with his homemade pumpkin carving knife. The final results.

I particularly like the one with Jeremy holding the pumpkin guts and the expression on both of their faces.

No more crib

That's right...I am taking it down this weekend. She hasn't slept in it in over two weeks. I think the baby mattress is too hard and noisy. That along with her waking up everytime I try to put her in there has led me that decision. We took the bottom mattress off of Stephen's bunk bed (don't worry he sleeps on the top) and laid it on her floor. She loves it and the fact that she can climb on it and bounce around. I will have to get video. Yet another step in my babies growing up:(

Babysitting night

Here are a few photos from when we babysat our niece and nephew. Stephen stuck around for the fun too. Madi went to nana's. Mamma needed a break.

Cake and time outs

A picture of Madison's birthday cake and an example of what happens if you sit in time out too long.

Grandpa's Proudest Day

Madison finally went and sat with my dad. I bet that was the highlight of his day! By the way...that is a straw he is holding and it is full of root beer. Bribbing works so good sometimes.

Last day

We stopped by and took a look at Lake Michigan on our way out of Milwaukee. I have video but you get the idea of how big the waves were. We didn't get to go on the beach, but the view was still spectacular. The log picture was a small path that said do not go beyond the fallen tree...u think my husband listened? You guessed right.

Room number two

Hell of an upgrade huh?

Mini Honeymoon

We went to Sybaris resort in Mequon, WI shortly after Madison's birthday party and here are a few pictures of our first room. We upgraded the second day because there were a few minor problems.
